Description
This workshop is for beginners or intermediate students who have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Each student will create one “bas relief” wall-mountable artwork with original imagery. Students should bring sketches of their project ideas. Basic, gestural line drawings with no shading will be most successful with the copper and textured bronze technique, as illustrated in the instructor’s example images.
Students should bring safety glasses, leather utility gloves, and hearing protection (if desired). TACS can provide glasses and gloves, if needed.
Materials fee – $30 payable to the instructor at the time of the workshop
