Description
Mastering Light & Composition
Light and composition are at the heart of how a photograph feels. In this intermediate class, we’ll explore how light can reveal, conceal, create mood, and change the way we see a subject—and how composition can bring order, tension, movement, or surprise to the frame. The emphasis will be less on rules and more on learning to see: making thoughtful choices about what to include, what to leave out, and how to turn what’s in front of you into something distinctly your own.
Topics:
- reading and shaping light
- understanding contrast and shadows
- using reflectors and diffusers
- composing impactful images
