Tryon Arts & Crafts School presents A Taste of Italy!
Following the success of our Irish and Hungarian gallery dinners in 2025, local chef Roe Sprouls has graciously offered to host an intimate Italian dinner for ten people at her home, paired with curated selections by sponsor Biltmore Wines. This unique culinary experience will feature an old Medici family recipe for calamari as the fish course in a red sauce with spinach. The meat course will be braccioli (thinly sliced and stuffed sirloin), fresh beans tossed in olive oil and garlic, garlic bread, and Caesar salad – followed by an authentic Italian dessert. *Sorry, no vegetarian options are available for this meal.

EVENT LOCATION
This dinner will be held at an off-site location – the home of Roe Sprouls. Ticketholders will be given this private information upon ticket purchase.
