TACS Invites potters and ceramic artists to the third “Glaze Daze”, an all-inclusive day of learning and fun with Mayco Colors. Crista Toler, Mayco representative, will lead three (3) unique glazing application projects.

10:00am – Noon
Project 1: Thumbler – Learn how to use Stonewares glazes to create a flowing, organic design.
Noon – 1:00pm
Lunch Provided by Trade Street Creamery.
1:00pm – 2:15pm
Project 2: Sgraffito bird plate
2:30pm – 4:00pm
Project 3: Colorful Animals
Glaze and Ceramic Materials Provided by Mayco Colors
Registration Fees Cover Coffee, Pastries, Lunch, and Ceramic Materials for Each Student.
This is a “Make, Take & Bake” seminar. Students are encouraged to take home their glaze samples, which fire at Cone 6. Students without access to a kiln may leave their samples at TACS to be fired, for later pickup or to be shipped for a fee.
