Instructor for Summer Sizzler 2025 will be Erin Carmichael for the older group and the instructor for the younger group will announced soon. Parents may register now, or wait for the instructor announcements.
Past camps have included a range of projects such as: Photography Using Instant Film, Paper Sculpture, Found Object Sculpture, Printmaking Card Collection, Wooden Treasure Box, Book Arts, Ocarina, Basketry, Sunlight and Nature Prints, Nature-Inspired Compositions, Coffee Watercolor Paintings, Complimentary Color Organic Designs, Origami, Coloring Sheets Based on Organic Shapes.
Guest instructors will guide students in special projects or provide demonstrations is some of the following media: pottery, fused glass, weaving, jewelry making, woodworking, forge work, or welding
Each day, camp runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a lunch break.
NOTE: Due to July 4 holiday, the first week will run Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Week 1: June 30 – July 3 Ages 7-9 and ages 10 and up
Week 2: July 7 – 9 Ages 7-9 and ages 10 and up
Week 3: July 14 – 18 Ages 7-9 and ages 10 and up
Week 4: July 21 – 25 Ages 7-9 and ages 10 and up
Students should bring a lunch, snack, and a drink. We encourage students to wear work clothes that they don’t mind getting dirty with wet art materials, like paint and glaze.
