Josh Luria is a North Carolina native, having grown up in the center of the state in Asheboro. He is currently the development director at Hendersonville Theatre, in Hendersonville, North Carolina. A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in drama, he co-founded and ran theatre company EBE Ensemble in NYC for five years. Following running the theatre, he had a career in IT and software in NYC. Since moving to Tryon, he has reignited his connection to the theatre, and has performed in many productions over the WNC region.
Josh’s favorite hobbies include scuba diving, gardening, traveling, and languages – the newest addition to the list is woodworking, which he is exploring via programming at TACS. In his role on TACS’ Board, Josh is excited to help the organization navigate its way to the thriving future it deserves.
